Hello Coach Anne,


Thank you so much for allowing women like us to have a safe space to be ourselves and be so open without any judgement what so ever. I have never felt this from any group I’ve ever been a part of! It’s because of you creating that space that allowed us to be who we are.

Throughout your program I’ve learned so much about myself and my body. I realized I should not call meals “cheat meals” and the fact that I did before really placed a bad image of food in my head. I’ve truly had a life style change. But surprisingly, I’ve also learned that my mental health is very important. I’ve learned that it’s okay to take breaks when your body is telling you to as long as there is balance.

You have taught me that the scale shouldn’t define who you are. For that I will forever remember that. It’s all about those non scale victories! I tried on pants yesterday that used to be very tight on me and now, they are really loose. I was so shocked.

You have taught me the true meaning of balance with nutrition, staying active, and prioritizing my mental health.
