I started off as one of Coach Anne’s followers on Instagram back in 2015. I love reading her inspirational posts and seeing her uplift others. When the pandemic started I was furloughed from work and had nothing to do. I thought I would take this time to focus on my health and lose weight because I had this bet with my dad lol. I saw that Coach Anne was training people through a work out app while conducting zoom calls to check in with her clients. I thought I’d give it a shot.

I’ve been a part of Coach Anne’s group coaching since July of 2020. In the beginning, I initially join the group to lose weight and really thought that’s all it was going to be. But it turned out to be so much more. The workouts on the app are so awesome. They are really easy to follow and easy to do at home. But what really got me and what I most enjoy is the conversations we have regarding mental health.

Coach Anne is the only coach I know that really touched base on this subject. She emphasizes that there’s more to a healthy lifestyle than just watching what you eat and lifting weights. Coach Anne teaches us the importance of mental health and how it coincides with physical health. She promotes self care and self love. She teaches us to focus on the process and not the end result. I look forward to her zoom calls every week. She created a space that is safe for anyone to share. And everyone in the group is super sweet. Her coaching style isn’t like anyone else. She is sweet, caring, knowledgeable, inspirational, and 100% real. She genuinely cares about her clients and really wants to help them reach their goals. I think that’s what sets her apart from other trainers. Comparing to trainers that I’ve had in the past, she’s the best trainer I’ve ever had and I highly recommend her.
