Coaching is very special to me and I am so grateful to have found my calling in 2014, this year will mark my ten years in the industry. I’ve taken the last two and a half years away to focus on my TTC journey, pregnancy and first year of motherhood. I feel that the time away has taught me so much, I’ve been able to take in different experiences and connect with other women on their journeys to learn from them. I’m excited to take on clients again and to help each person create a sustainable lifestyle that caters best to them.

I offer 1-1 coaching and group coaching where I help my clients navigate through their thought process to gain self awareness, to recognize who/what influences them, to open up conversations regarding mental health and what may be holding them back from feeling, moving and eating better plus much more. I pride myself on taking a whole human approach when it comes to my coaching, I am not here to give clients a cookie cutter meal plan with restrictions and cheat meals (I am strongly against toxic vocabulary) or to over work them with exercises to then be rewarded with food. There are a lot of unhealthy behaviors that have unfortunately become normalized in the fitness industry and my goal is to help as many people as I can unlearn them and to relearn and recreate healthy habits that works best for them.

What I do with my clients is more than just for aesthetics and PR’s in the gym, I genuinely want my clients to feel, eat and move better for their entire life, to feel good about themselves mentally and emotionally, to after their goals and to create their dream lives, to enjoy time with their loved ones without feeling guilty about what they’re eating or having to worry about working out. We only have one life and one body, we are conditioned to change what we look like on the outside yet we fail to nurture and heal our minds and spirit.
